Following the guidelines of the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in the country, Sergey Melik-Bagdasarov, in the framework of Russia-Venezuela cooperation, to reinforce planning and technical and humanitarian cooperation to combat the spread of COVID-19 in the country.
