Following instructions from the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, this Friday the ministers of Health of Venezuela, Carlos Alvarado; and from Colombia, Fernando Ruiz; maintained a telephone contact in which strategies were coordinated to combat and prevent the spread
