The Sectorial Vice President of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Jorge Rodríguez, indicated this Friday that the National Government will execute a Special Plan in the state of Miranda and the Capital District, to prevent the expansion of the coronavirus, due to the fact that in that area the largest number is concentrated of confirmed cases of COVID-19.
