Overview: Venezuela reinforces sanitary security measures for its compatriots who enter the country by land. The measures include carrying out a rapid detection test for COVID-19 once they enter the country, mandatory 5-day isolation in the border state where the entry was made, then they will be transferred to their places of origin (prior to their departure, a new rapid COVID-19 screening test). In their states of origin, they must carry out a mandatory two-week quarantine in specially prepared areas.
