Overview: UN will provide support to Venezuela to combat Covid-19
The United Nations System (UN) is prepared to support the Venezuelan government in the face of the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), after receiving a letter from the Resident Coordinator of the United Nations System (UN), Peter Grohmann, in which they confirm their support for the Venezuelan Government in the response to COVID-19. This support includes the contribution of the Pan American Health Organization and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in favor of the Ministry of People’s Power for Health for the containment of COVID-19 in Venezuela
