The first shipment of humanitarian technical assistance from the United Nations System and the second from the Russian Federation arrived in Venezuela to strengthen the mechanisms for the prevention of the world pandemic of the Coronavirus COVID-19 (20 thousand PCR test kits from the Federation of Russia for the massive detection process of Covid-19, as well as more than 90 tons of the United Nations System that includes medical-surgical supplies and materials, among which medicines and vaccines stand out to advance care in other types of conditions)
