Overview: The Minister of Health, Dr. Carlos Alvarado, confirmed that the National Institute of Hygiene “Rafael Rangel” has the infrastructure, diagnostic equipment and qualified personnel for the diagnosis of coronavirus cases (COVID-19). Indicate that Venezuela has the kits to diagnose the new strain of Coronavirus, an endowment that was made by the WHO to the National Institute of Hygiene, the body designated for the diagnosis of COVID-19 in the country.
