Overview: UTE will exempt small educational and cultural institutions that are registered with the Ministry of Education and Culture from the payment of fixed charges and power contracted between April and August. Consumption can be paid from December in four installments. Hotels and restaurants can also finance 70% of their bills until November, without fines or surcharges, which can be paid in installments from December.
