Overview: State of Emergency declared in Paraguay, circulation of vehicles and people are restricted between 20:00 and 04:00.
Through the Decree No. 3456, the President of the Republic Mario Abdo declared state of health emergency all over the national territory for the control of the fulfillment of the preventive health measures against the risk of expansion of the coronavirus. The Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare is authorized to order a general preventive isolation for health reasons, during the period to be determined by the health authority, between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.
Later, Law No. 6524 was promulgated, declaring a national emergency all over the country.
