Overview: Additionally, nine young Ecuadorians studying academic programs in Wuhan – capital of Hubei province, where the virus would have originated – held a video conference with Minister Valencia and other authorities. The students are in good health and for their safety, they comply with the protocols given by the authorities of that country. This implies, that they cannot get out of there.
