The entities that make up the District Administration, both in the central, decentralized and local sectors must, within the orbit of their powers, adopt the necessary measures of an individual, collective and population type within the framework of the health emergency caused by the Coronavirus COVID- 19

Overview: Through which orders are issued to comply with the mandatory preventive isolation measure. Give continuity to the mandatory preventive isolation of all people in the territory of Bogotá DC, from zero hours (00:00 am) on July 16, 2020, until eleven fifty-nine hours (11:59 pm) August 31, 2020, within the framework of the health emergency caused by the Coronavirus COVID-19.

Within the same period established in article 1 of this decree and for entering any establishment to carry out activities such as the acquisition and payment of goods and services, purchase of any retail and wholesale product, banking, financial and notarial services , attention to the citizen in public entities, and the provision of any other type of services except health, pharmacy and funeral services, the following condition will be met:
1. On odd days they will not be able to access these services and establishments, people whose identity card or identity document ends in an odd digit.
2. On even days, people whose identity card or identity document ends in an even digit will not be able to access these services and establishments.

Declare the RED ALERT in the city’s hospital system in order to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Capital District and the health service provider network The District Secretary of Health as a health authority in Bogotá, will immediately adopt individual, collective and population measures to reduce the impact on the population, prioritizing actions to prevent the increase in cases due to COVID-19, as well as the centralized direction and control of the Units of Intensive Care and Intermediate Care Units for the care of COVID-19 patients, as well as for all other pathologies.

b) maintain the distance of two (2) meters between them, in order to prevent and mitigate the risk of contagion by Coronavirus -COVID19.
c) HYGIENE AND DISTANCE MEASURES FOR STAFF, CLIENTS AND OPERATION OF ESTABLISHMENTS AND PREMISES THAT ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
d) Restrict any type of agglomeration of people in public space
e) In institutions for the protection of the elderly, so that they can program periods of stay of 14 continuous days instead of daily entry and exit.
