Overview: The Management Committee of Simples Nacional Extended the deadline for payment of taxes within the scope of Simples Nacional. For Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEI), all taxes calculated in the DAS-MEI Generating Program, that is, federal (INSS), state (ICMS) and municipal (ISS) taxes are extended for 6 months. For others they have 3 months for state (ICMS) and municipal (ISS) taxes and 6 months for federal (INSS).
