Overview: The Governor of Puerto Rico, Wanda Vázquez Garced, announced that she will extend the “lockdown” and curfew established in Executive Order 2020-023 until April 12 for the benefit of citizens in the face of the world emergency created by the COVID -19. Starting March 31, days will be designated to be able to transit, according to the last number of the vehicle’s tablet. Even numbers can travel on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Odd numbers may pass on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
