Overview: Executive Order 2020-10 suspends statue 63N-3-103(1)(b) of Utah Code that is related to the Industrial Assistance Account. This order allows the GOED to access up to 100% of the available, unencumbered funds of the Industrial Assistance Account. This suspension supports the Utah Leads Together Small Business Bridge Loan Program.
