Overview: COVID-19 Declaration of Emergency Directive 017 temporarily gives Nevadans economic relief by freezing some garnishment actions and executions of judgments against bank accounts. This includes Nevadans receiving CARES Act fund but does not include judgments for child support, spousal support, or restitution to victims of crimes.
