Overview: Governor Gary R. Herbert announced this Directive to the state of Utah to establish minimum statewide standards that will be in place until April 13, 2020. This instructions of this directive incudes action for all individual such as staying home as much as possible, high-risk individuals such as limited physical interaction with high risk-individuals, children, food directives such as no dining in at resturants, time spent outside, travel, and recreational and outdoor activities and parks. This directive also includes directives for profit and non-profit organizations.
