Overview: As part of Phase 1 of the “Reopen Alaska Responsibly Plan”, Governor Dunleavy enacted Health Mandate 016 to balance the ongoing need to maintain rigorous efforts to slow and disrupt the rate of COVID-19 with the critical need to resume economic activity in a logical and safe manner. This mandate allows for 5 activities and businesses previously governed by previous mandates (011, 03.1, and 09) that may resume under the conditions and guidance provided by the mandate.
