Overview: COVID-19 Declaration of Emergency Directive 006 prohibits the meeting of public bodies in physical locations. With the replacement of in person meetings with teleconference or videoconference, if a member of the public can not represent themselves due to lack of a physical meeting spot, the public body must provide a way for the public to provide comment in accordance with NRS 241.020(4)(b).
