Overview: Governor Wanda Vázquez Garced signed the Senate Joint Resolution 491, which made the provisions of the “Law for the Use of Telemedicine in Puerto Rico” more flexible, in order to made the requirements for doctors to practice telemedicine more flexible in the face of the threat of COVID-19.
