Overview: COVID-19 Declaration of Emergency Directive 003 closes Non-Essential Businesses including, but not limited to, recreation centers, clubhouses, nightclubs, movie theaters, massage parlors, adult entertainment establishments, brothels, live entertainment venues, fitness establishments, and aesthetic services, effective March 20, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. Restaurants and food establishments must cease on-site dining effective March 20th at 11:59pm, but may continue service through take-out, drive-through, curbside pickup, or delivery. Essential Licensed Business such as healthcare providers or veterinary services, are encouraged to continue operation. Cannabis dispensaries must only deliver during the duration of this directive. The labor force may continue to operate under strict 6-feet of separation social distancing practices.
