Overview: COVID-19 Declaration of Emergency Directive 005 declares that all County School Districts, Charter Schools, and Private Schools must remain closed until April 16th at the earliest, only after a review of the risk of transmission and a stamp of approval by the Cheif Medical Officer of the State of Nevade. All County District and Charter Schools in Nevada must submit an Emergency Program of Distance Education to the Superintendent by March 23, 2020 to be approved.
