Overview: Executive Order 2020-32 lowers the level of risk perception some counties in Utah faces in light of COVID-19, changing the State COVID-19 Public Health Risk status to normal risk (green) in Beaver County, Daggett County, Duchesne County, Emery County, Garfield
County, Kane County, Millard County, Piute County, Uintah County, and Wayne County.
