Overview: All restaurants and bars shall close their dine-in facilities. Such businesses that offer carry-out, delivery, and drive-through food and beverageservice may continue to do so but eating and drinking inside restaurants and bars istemporarily prohibited. Measures to provide licenses to health workers. Telehealth enhanced. Extention of validity of driver’s licenses. Order modifying requirements applicable to family child care providers in order to facilitate employment of persons needed for the treatment and containment of covid-19. All non-essential businesses and operations in Maine close their physical locations that are public facing, meaning those that allow customer, vendor or other in-person contact.
