17 March 2020 – Prohibition of all gatherings at gaming establishments

Overview: COVID-19 Declaration of Emergency Directive 002 prohibits the general public to gather at gaming establishments and demands that all gaming devices, machines, tables, games, and all other equipment reated to game actvity must not be used beginning March 17th at 11:59pm until April 16th unless renewed. This regualtion does not include online gaming or mobile wagering operations. Hotels that also hold gaming licensees may stay open if needed in order to avoid guest displacement or for essential/emergency purposes.
