Overview: Governor Cuomo issues Executive Order requiring all people in New York to wear face masks or face coverings in public. Announces State will give 100 ventilators to Michigan and 50 ventilators to Maryland. Executive Order requiring nursing homes to inform families of all residents of COVID-19 cases. Executive Order allowing individuals assisting with COVID-19 to stay in hotel over 28 days without becoming resident.
