Overview: The addition of Appendix A – Amendment 3 to Alaska’s COVID-19 Disaster Order of Suspension No. 2, provides additional suspensions of certain regulations and statutes within the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to allow for the curbside pickup of alcohol from restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and retail stores and the delivery of sealed beer and wine from restaurants with food orders. This amendment also further suspends certain regulations and statutes within the Department of Administration and the Department of Education and Early Development. The amendment concludes on May 11th.
