Overview: Executive Order 2020-16 requires individuals entering Utah to comple a Travel Declaration Form with certain exeptions such as
an individual who enters Utah in the individual’s capacity as an employee of a commercial airline or a firefighter. This order supersedes Executive Order 2020-15.
