Overview: COVID-19 Declaration of Emergency Directive 013 closes publicly accessible sporting and recreational venues, showrooms, places of worship, open house showings, in-home beauty services by licensed cosmetologists, and supermarket self-serve food stations. All essential business that remain open must follow safety guidelines such as social distancing of a minimum of 6 feet away and provide safety precautions to their employees.
