Overview: The Louisiana Department of Health adopted the Emergency rule in response to the immenent danger due to COVID-19. This rule finds it necessary to add COVID-19 infection to the list of reportable diseases and conditions set forth by the Sanitary Code (LAC Title 51). This rule shall remain in effect for 120 days or until final rule is promulgated.
