Overview: COVID-19 Declaration of Emergency Directive 011 invokes the waiver of licensing provision of NRS 414.110, allowing certain licensing requirements to be waived by professional licensing boards who regulate providers of medical services. As deemed by the Governor’s COVID-19 Medical Advisory, medical services include all categories of skilled personnel to help strengthen the healthcare workforce against the pandemic.
