Overview: Governor Wanda Vázquez Garced signed Executive Order 2020-031, which orders all health facilities in Puerto Rico to report daily to the Puerto Rico Department of Health in an expedited manner, all outpatient and /or hospitalized cases that are suspected, negative or confirmed of COVID-19. This executive order refers to all public or private health facilities, the Veterans Hospital of Puerto Rico, municipalities that are taking tests, and clinical laboratories, public or private.
