Overview: Manitoba has taken efforts to prepare for the novel coronavirus. These efforts include the implementation of enhanced precautions for the detection, isolation and testing of the virus, as well as making sure that healthcare providers are informed of the virus symptoms. Furthermore, any suspected or confirmed cases of the virus must be reported to the chief provincial public health officer of Manitoba.
