27 March 2020 – Gatherings limited to 15, non-essential retailers/services closed and dine-in prohibited

Overview: Order 07-2020 reduced the number of persons allowed to gather from 50 to 15 in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Furthermore, this order mandated that a minimum of 2 metres be kept between individuals in any indoor or outdoor space. Certain places of businesses offering non-essential health services, personal services, wellness services and retail stores selling non-essential goods were prohibited from providing services. Dine-in services at any food-serving facilities were prohibited. The target audience was private sector businesses and the general public to reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
