Overview: Order 23-2020: This order outlines updated operational and outbreak standards for long-term care and licensed supportive living facilities. For example, in the event of a confirmed outbreak, an employee who works at more than one health facility is allowed to be absent from each health facility except the one where they will continue to provide services during the outbreak. The aim of the standards is to keep seniors and other members of vulnerable populations living and working in congregate settings as safe as possible.
