Overview: Order 21-2020: This order rescinds section 11 of CMOH Order 18 -2020 and section 19 of CMOH Order 19-2020 which required businesses, places of worship, and schools to complete and post a plan on how they will meet the operator requirements. According to the order, certain requirements stipulated in these sections would not be necessary for all businesses, entities, places of worship and schools and that specific guidance should be implemented as best practice.
