Evidence/Justification: Saskatchewan’s reopening plan was reported to be developed in consultation with Saskatchewan’s Chief Medical Health Officer. The Reopening Plan report indicates that restrictions will be lifted in stages, while considering socioeconomic factors & the risk of transmission
