Overview: The Ontario government is supporting the launch of the “Ontario Made” program by Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME). This new program promotes goods made in Ontario by facilitating identification, access to, and purchase of locally made goods. The Ontario government provided funding for this program through the Ontario Together Fund. The Ontario Made program will help consumers identify local products through an Ontario Made logo, will launch a website to connect consumers and supply chain partners through a single directory, and will promote Ontario Made through a digital newsletter and through social media.
