Overview: This intervention announces the resumption of National Hockey League (NHL) practices and training at the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club in Edmonton, Alberta. As such certain individuals are exempt from CMOH Order 07-2020. These individuals include: employees, contractors, medical professionals and executives of the Edmonton Oilers engaged in facilitating training activities; persons who broadcast the practices and training activities; persons who maintain the facilities; and persons whose presence is customary or necessary for the training activities. Hockey players for the Edmonton Oilers must adhere to the NHL’s Return to Play guidelines and the organization should continue to promote hygiene practices, physical distancing and other safety measures.
