Overview: This intervention allows the reopening of the Rogers Place Arena (including hockey rink, training, dining, conference, technical and medical facilities in and adjacent to the location) only to these specified individuals: employees, contractors, medical professionals, executives of the Edmonton Oilers, broadcasters of the practices and training activities, persons who maintain the facilities, and persons whose presence is required or customary at practices and trainings held for NHL hockey teams. All identified individuals must adhere to the NHL’s Return to Play guidelines and are encouraged to maintain personal hygiene practices and physical distancing.
