This will allow for two family members/support persons to be identified to support patients & residents, with only one family member/support person being able to be present at a time. For certain settings, two people may be present at the same time if they are able to maintain physical distancing. Safety requirements (such as wearing a medical grade mask) must be followed by family members/support persons.
