Overview: Every health and social worker who received an isolation order (proven COVID infection, suspected infection, etc.) will keep receiving his salary (without primes) ;
Distribution of other advantages for health and social workers (primes) ;
Extension of authorized and priority activities list ;
Extension of access-restricted regions list (28/03) still accessible for authorized individuals and activities (Charlevoix, Charlevoix-Est, Capitale-Nationale, Rouyn-Noranda, Gatineau) ;
Health administration directors to have the power to force isolation without court decision ;
A person subjected to an isolation order can be submitted to a COVID-19 test (which can, in turn, cancel the isolation order) ;
A court judge can cancel an isolation order in case of a sensible risk decrease
