Overview: Order 08-2020: All operators and service providers of a health care facility (including a hospital, nursing home, supportive living accommodations, lodge accommodations, and residential addiction treatment services) must comply with outbreak standards described in the order when there is a suspected, probable or confirmed outbreak of COVID-19. This intervention aims to protect individuals over the age of 60 and those with pre-existing health conditions which may put them at risk for severe symptoms of COVID-19.
