Overview: The Ministry of Health regulates walks and physical activity according to schedules and ages
A decree from the Ministry of Health has established the conditions in which citizens over 14 years of age may, as from May 2, carry out non-professional, physical activity and walks outdoors for the duration of the state of alarm. Physical practice will be allowed once a day, and is to be done without contact with other persons, while respecting the already known measures of interpersonal distance and hygiene. People with special needs and those over 70 will have a time window outdoors especially allocated to them, segregated from the hours for walks with children, to offer them an especial protection due to their vulnerability.
