Overview: Mayor of Moscow signed a decree that required to apply for a mandatory digital passes for trips in Moscow and Moscow region on any type of personal (cars, scooters, bikes, etc.) and public transportation. Trips on personal purposes (going to a grocery store, pharmacy, walking a dog, throwing rubbish) within a district of living are not required to apply for digital passes.
