Overview: According to the Presidential Decree on the measures to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population of Russia, the period from April 4th to April 30th has been declared non-working with the preservation of wages for employees. The list of essential organizations/places exempted from the decree on non-working days includes medical and pharmacy organizations, organizations performing emergency work and financial services, grocery stores, etc. The restriction on movements comes into force with the following instructions on developing the services to issue digital passes including for those employees who ensure the functioning of these organizations.
