Overview: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs Romanian citizens who are, transit or intend to travel to the Italian Republic that the Italian Government has declared a state of emergency following the health risk caused by new COVID-19 (coronavirus) infections concentrated mainly in the Lombardy regions and Veneto.
