Overview: The first order obliges companies or entities, public or private, to ensure the continuity and uninterruption of public services in the following sectors: i) Supply of water for human consumption, ii) Sanitation of urban wastewater, iii) Urban waste management, iv) Supply of energy, including electricity and natural gas, v) Supply of liquid fuels and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), vi) Public passenger transport.
