Overview: People in essential roles for ensuring food security and fuel supply are to be offered day care and primary schooling for their children, including drivers, warehouse workers, people working at distribution centres and warehouses, and people at fuel terminals and plants. The list includes those who ensure that shops are sufficiently stocked with food and other essential items, as it is important to make sure that these people are able to carry out their work and ensure security of supply.
