Overview: The Dutch Government along with the Dutch Association of Insurers, the travel industry organization ANVR and various other partners, have allocated €10 million for a special foreign assistance scheme to support Dutch travellers stuck overseas, by paying a portion of their travel costs.

Travelers within Europe (and countries bordering Europe) only have to contribute €300, while those outside Europe contribute €900 to their return journey.
