Overview: The Dutch Government has allowed cross-border commuters who work in essential or crucial sectors between the Netherlands and Belgium border to download a special vignette (road toll permit) to place on their car windscreen, allowing them to be prioritized at the border and cross more quickly.
The aim is to prevent essential workers from being delayed at the border due to restrictions on all non-essential travel. The vignette can be downloaded from the website of the Belgian Crisis Centre.
